Built from Real Business Questions
We started futurenodedrive in 2019 because too many businesses were making critical decisions based on incomplete financial pictures. Our founder spent years watching capable companies stumble because they couldn't see their stability gaps until it was too late.
What began as a single-person consulting practice has grown into a focused team serving Thailand's business community. But we've kept the same core approach: straightforward analysis, honest feedback, and practical recommendations you can actually use.

How We Actually Work
The Challenge We Kept Seeing
Back in early 2019, I was consulting with a manufacturing company in Rayong. They had decent revenue and looked solid on paper. But when we dug into their numbers, we found they were three months away from a serious cash flow problem.
The owner told me something I'll never forget: "I wish someone had shown me this six months ago." That conversation shaped everything we built at futurenodedrive.
What Changed Our Approach
We realized businesses don't need more generic financial reports. They need someone to look at their specific situation and say: "Here's what could go wrong, here's what looks strong, and here are three things you should probably address in the next quarter."
So that's what we do now. Our analyses focus on stability indicators that matter for your actual business model, not theoretical textbook scenarios.
Where We Are Today
Since 2019, we've worked with over 140 businesses across Thailand. Manufacturing, retail, service companies, import-export operations. Each analysis taught us something new about how financial stability shows up differently depending on your industry and business cycle.
We're based in Si Racha but work with clients throughout the Eastern Seaboard and Bangkok regions. Most of our relationships start with a single assessment and evolve into ongoing partnerships as businesses grow and face new challenges.

What Sets Our Analysis Apart
We've refined our methodology through hundreds of real business assessments. Here's what makes our approach different from standard financial reviews.
Industry-Specific Indicators
We don't use one-size-fits-all ratios. A healthy liquidity position looks completely different for a retailer versus a manufacturing operation. Our benchmarks reflect your actual business model and operating cycle.
Forward-Looking Stress Tests
Most analyses tell you where you are. We show you how your stability holds up under realistic stress scenarios: delayed receivables, supplier price increases, seasonal revenue dips. The stuff that actually happens.
Actionable Recommendations
Every analysis ends with specific next steps ranked by impact and urgency. Not vague suggestions like "improve cash flow." Real actions: renegotiate payment terms with your top three customers, build a 60-day buffer for raw materials, refinance that equipment loan.
The People Behind the Analysis
We're a small team, which means you work directly with experienced analysts who've seen hundreds of business situations. No junior staff learning on your data.

Siriporn Wattana
Siriporn founded futurenodedrive after 12 years in corporate finance roles across manufacturing and logistics sectors. She's particularly skilled at spotting stability issues in companies with complex supply chains.
She has a habit of explaining financial concepts using food analogies, which somehow makes everything clearer. Most of our client relationships start with her initial assessments.

Natthida Chaiyaporn
Natthida joined in 2021 and handles most of our retail and service sector analyses. Before futurenodedrive, she worked in risk assessment for a regional bank, which gives her a unique perspective on how lenders evaluate business stability.
She's the one who developed our stress testing methodology. Clients appreciate her straightforward explanations and tendency to provide context for every number.
Let's Look at Your Numbers
Most initial consultations take about 90 minutes. We'll review your current financial position, identify potential stability concerns, and outline what a full analysis would cover for your specific situation.
